Maybe it is. Usually as far as I know it can be a driver issue. The most common fixes could easily fix that by going into device manager while your tablet is plugged in, unplug it for about 10 seconds and then plug it back in. Another thing could be reinstalling the tablet by looking up the latest version online and seeing what model you have. Or you might need to update your computer or get an older version update. Your computer might be confused with your devices drivers which could cause spazzing out. Hope this helped

I have a drawing tablet, but it dosnt work for some reason, the mouse spazes out but maybe its just because of the pc I have.
